I consult on story projects for novelists, memoirists, and filmmakers at all levels.

Private Consultation - $400 per hour

One-on-one time to brainstorm or discuss how to move your project or career forward.

Story Consultation - $650

A 3-Page Outline Analysis for novel, memoir, or screenplay includes a thorough analysis of the outline followed by a 1-hour Zoom consultation.

Manuscript Consultation (for novel or memoir) - $12500

Includes a full set of notes and six hours of consultation (this can be broken up into three separate Zoom sessions over four weeks) providing detailed analysis of your book’s structure, theme, characters, and content. For books over 300 pages, add $25/page.

Rewrite Consultation (for novel or memoir) - $3000

I will read the first 60 pages of your novel or memoir and offer feedback on story structure, character, and prose, followed by a 2-hour Zoom consultation. If you choose to purchase the full Manuscript Consultation afterward, your Rewrite Consultation fee will be deducted from the total price of the Manuscript Consultation (above).

Screenplay Analysis - $2500

Includes a full set of notes and a 4-hour consultation (which can be broken up into two separate Zoom sessions over two weeks) involving a detailed analysis of the script’s structure, theme, characters, and content. For scripts over 120 pages, please add $20/page.

One Hour TV Pilot - $2000

Includes a full set of notes and a 3-hour consultation (which can be broken up into two 90-minute Zoom sessions over two weeks) involving a detailed analysis of the script’s structure, theme, characters, and content. For scripts over 60 pages, add $20/page.

Half Hour TV Pilot (Single & Multi-Camera) - $1750

Includes a full set of notes and a 2-hour consultation involving a detailed analysis of the script’s structure, theme, characters, and content.
