write your solo show

An ongoing workshop with Mary-Beth Manning

Have you always wanted to write and perform a solo show? Does the idea thrill and/or terrify you? Do you feel like you've got a story to tell...but you're not quite sure what it is yet?

You're not alone!

Join Mary-Beth Manning for a fun and lively 6-week course on writing your own one-person show where you can share your material in a safe, supportive, and creatively stimulating environment. Through writing exercises, one-on-one discussion, and sharing of your material, Mary-Beth will guide you through the process of generating a rough draft of approximately half an hour of material (five-minutes a week) over the course of six weeks.

"Mary-Beth has an intuitive ability to grasp the strength and profoundness of each story and to gently guide you towards finding your own way to express it."
