IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS

The online workshops are teleconferences; they are fun and easy, and can be taken from the comfort of your home. If you're unable to attend the call, you can listen to the workshop at your leisure for up to 30 days. There are 27 classes over 90 days (two sessions per week). The first session is a 90-minute workshop involving lecture, stream-of-consciousness writing exercises, and one-on-one work between the instructor and several participants to illustrate the principles discussed. The second session is a 50-minute end-of-week check-in and Q&A where participants can receive feedback from the instructor on specific issues.
